Contribution Refund Policy

 The Committee to Elect Tim Howard is grateful for the generosity of our supporters and are committed to being good stewards of your financial gifts. We understand that errors can happen, and we are happy to work with you to correct any issues related to online donations made directly through our church website.

 

1. Donation Refunds

As a general policy, donations are non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests under the following circumstances:

  • The donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount, duplicate transaction).

  • A technical error occurred during the donation process.

All refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of the original donation date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us using one of the following methods:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Date and amount of donation

  • Method of donation (e.g., credit/debit card)

  • Reason for the refund request

We may require additional information to verify and process your request.

3. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Third-Party Payment Platforms

This refund policy does not apply to donations made through third-party payment platforms such as Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal. For those transactions, please contact the platform directly to inquire about their refund policies.

5. Recurring Donations

If you have set up a recurring donation through our website and wish to cancel or modify it, please contact us at least 5 business days before the next scheduled donation date.
